Preparation;
Processing conditions: The temperature of environment, the glue and the materials to be glued must not be lower than + 5 ° C.
Pre-treatment surfaces: parts must be clean, dust and grease-free. Ensure a sturdy surface. Substrate may be light-moist.
Using primer does not need.
Consumption: from 1 tube arrives approx. 7-9 meter glue.
Operating instructions:
Process only with special supplied nozzle. Cut thread and mount nozzle. Glue evenly, depending on the gravity of the material, to apply the 10 to 40 cm in vertical stripes or dots. Always apply glue to corner points and along edges. Material action (façade panels) can be collected by glue thickness of 3 mm (use distance cubes or tape). Mounting materials directly with a sliding motion and press firmly or beat. Correcting is still possible. Immediately close sleeve after use.
Stains / remains:
Wet glue residues remove immediately with turpentine. Dried glue residues can only be removed mechanically.
Points of attention:
The drying times below are based on the bonding of minimal & eacute; & Eacute; n porous material and a glue layer with a thickness of approx. 1 mm. In the bonding of two non-porous materials and / or a thicker glue layer, considerably longer drying times must be taken into account.
Dry times;
Skin forming time: approx. 10-15 minutes
