Consider it done
A guarantee or a return request? We'll take care of it. We will gladly pick it up for you. We have put down what the rules are:
Rules:
- The item must have been purchased from Sinatec Europe BV.
- Return request must be requested within 21 days of the invoice date, claim the warranty
request within the specified period of the item. - Articles with a line value of € 15 ex VAT and articles with pop code A, B, C or S will not be
returned but will be assessed during the next screening. - Deviations in tire pressure and tread depth gauges & TPMS are not covered by warranty.
- Sinatec uses a 10% handling fee on return.
- The product must be in resalable condition, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
- Representatives do not accept returns.
- Has Sinatec unexpectedly made a mistake in the delivery of the articles? Then we will arrange
the return and collection of the goods.
Procedure:
- Fill in the form correctly and completely; and send it to sales.europe@sinatec.com.
- You will receive an RMA number from Sinatec with which you can send the shipment to Sinatec.
- Returns and guarantees without an RMA number will not be processed.
- After receipt, the return shipment / warranty shipment will be assessed, you will be kept informed.
